Designed for all levels, this class is a slow-paced, low-impact practice focusing on relaxation, flexibility, mindfulness, and pranayama (breathwork). It typically features seated, lying down, or supported postures held to deepen stretches and calm the nervous system, often closing with guided meditation or extended savasana to promote deep relaxation and stress reduction.

· Slow Movement & Breath: Poses are deliberately paced and linked with breath to increase awareness and reduce tension.

· Accessibility: Suitable for all levels, the class is especially beneficial for beginners, seniors, or those recovering from injury, often utilizing props like blankets, and blocks.

· Focus Areas: Emphasis on stretching, gentle strengthening, and relieving tension in the connective tissue.
