YOGI ADELE BIO AND MISSION
YOGI ADELE

ADELE GUERRA Professional Yoga Instructor, Reiki Master, Breathwork & Meditation Practitioner Continuing Education Provider (YACEP)| Sound Bath & Woman's Circle Facilitator

Meet Yogi Adele, a dedicated yoga practitioner with 15 years of experience and a passion for guiding others back home to themselves. Her path to yoga was not a straight line—it was born from resilience, healing, and rediscovering what it means to feel whole.

Before yoga, Adele trained as a bodybuilder and lived a physically intense lifestyle. After an accident that fractured two vertebrae in her neck and injured her lower back, everything changed. Unable to move the way she once had, she spiraled into depression and felt disconnected from her own body. When her chiropractor suggested yoga, her first response was, “Ugh… yoga?”
But everything shifted when she met her teacher, Michele Mazur, who introduced her to a practice rooted in compassion, presence, and inner strength.

As a passionate community connector, Adele creates a space where every person feels safe, seen, and welcomed. Her teaching blends mindful movement, breathwork, meditation, and therapeutic sound to cultivate balance of mind, body, and spirit.

More than an owner, she is the keeper of the flame at Yoga Path Wellness—the steady light guiding students through their journeys of healing, growth, and self-discovery.

Adele’s mission is simple:
to hold space, to inspire resilience, and to remind you that your practice is your own path home.

JODIE MARGOLIS

Professional Yoga Instructor | Meditation Facilitator |Reiki Master

My yoga journey began with a simple desire to find peace in my life.

Through years of practice, I embraced the transformative power of yoga, as my practice influenced all aspects of my life.

The mentors teaching me to explore my authentic self, emphasized mindful movement and connecting breath with asana, thereby cultivating a deeper awareness of the mind, body, and spirit.

Because yoga is for everyone, I strive to create a welcoming, inclusive, and respectful space allowing all levels to experience their own unique journey.

With over 10 years of teaching experience in multiple settings, I specialize in gentle, yin, and restorative yoga, always including a meditative component in each session.

I am passionate about guiding students in building strength and flexibility, but equally passionate about building confidence and willingness to explore inner peace through a dynamic and mindful practice.

Her practice honors sacred lineage and invites students into mindful movement and inner stillness.
