Friday Exhale is a deeply nourishing practice designed to calm the nervous system, release physical tension, and invite profound relaxation. Through long-held Yin Yoga postures, guided breathwork, soothing sound, and candlelit ambiance, you'll create space to slow down, unwind, and reconnect with yourself.
This class is intentionally welcoming and accessible. Coming straight from work? Perfect. There's no need to change into yoga attire—comfortable clothing is all you need. Simply arrive as you are and allow yourself to settle into stillness.
