Yoga for Strength & Flexibility

This invigorating yoga class weaves together breath awareness, mindful movement, and strengthening postures rooted in the classical traditions of Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga. Students are guided through traditional asana (posture) with an emphasis on breath-synchronized movement (vinyasa), precise alignment, and internal focus. Foundational pranayama techniques and the application of bandhas (energetic locks) help to awaken pranic energy and cultivate deeper awareness. The practice builds physical strength, flexibility, and concentration, while supporting energetic balance and calming the nervous system. This class is for Level 1–2 practitioners seeking a well-rounded, traditional yoga experience grounded in breath, posture, discipline, and inner connection.

All classes must be pre-paid and carry a 6-hour cancellation policy. Any cancellation made less than 6 hours to class time results in a $10 charge/no show $10 charge
