Slow Flow & Strength Yoga

A mindful flow designed to build strength, stability, and flexibility at a comfortable level. This practice is the balance of the Sun and Moon, so we're balancing the active and the passive qualities in the body. You'll both strengthen and stretch the body holding each pose for several breaths. It is structured around healing and rejuvenating and is suitable for all levels of yoga looking for a slower paced class. If you're new to yoga recovering from an injury or looking for de-stress by moving slowly and mindfully Flow & Strength yoga may be the perfect fit for you!

All classes must be pre-paid and carry a 6-hour cancellation policy. Any cancellation made less than 6 hours to class time results in a $10 charge/no show $10 charge
