Move with Ease Yoga

A slow, supportive practice designed to help you move with ease and reconnect with your body.

This class offers a safe, welcoming space to slow down, listen inward, and move in a way that feels comfortable and accessible.

Drawing from restorative, yin, Integrated Somatics and meditation, the practice incorporates mindful movement, breathwork, and moments of stillness to support your body’s natural rhythm.

An invitation to meet yourself where you are—honoring your body and your unique path toward wellness.

All classes must be pre-paid and carry a 6-hour cancellation policy. Any cancellation made less than 6 hours to class time results in a $10 charge/no show $10 charge
