Mat Pilates – Strength, Support & Alignment

Discover the power of Pilates in a warm, welcoming environment. Our Mat Pilates classes are designed to build core strength, improve posture, and increase flexibility — all while keeping movement gentle and accessible.

All classes must be pre-paid and carry a 6-hour cancellation policy. Any cancellation made less than 6 hours to class time results in a $10 charge/no show $10 charge
