Hatha Yoga

Re-balance and restore with this gentle but steady practice to reset your mind and your body. Hatha is the Sun and Moon yoga so we're balancing the active and the passive qualities in the body. You'll both strengthen and stretch the body holding each pose for several breaths. It is structured around healing and rejuvenating and is suitable for all levels of yoga looking for a slower paced class. If you're new to yoga recovering from an injury or looking for de-stress by moving slowly and mindfully hatha yoga may be the perfect fit for you!
