Gentle Morning Yoga

A gentle morning yoga class focuses on slow, mindful movements to awaken the body and calm the mind. It typically begins with breathwork to center attention, followed by a series of light stretches and poses that promote flexibility, relaxation, and balance. The class is accessible to all levels, with an emphasis on connecting with the body’s sensations and starting the day with a sense of calm and ease. The pace is steady and soothing, making it ideal for those looking to gently ease into the day.

All classes must be pre-paid and carry a 6-hour cancellation policy. Any cancellation made less than 6 hours to class time results in a $10 charge/no show $10 charge
