This beginner-friendly class is designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of Mat Pilates in a supportive, welcoming environment. You’ll learn proper alignment, breathing techniques, and gentle yet effective movements that strengthen your core, improve posture, and increase flexibility. Whether you’re brand new to fitness or simply curious about Pilates, this class is a great place to start building confidence and body awareness.
All classes must be pre-paid and carry a 6-hour cancellation policy. Any cancellation made less than 6 hours to class time results in a $10 charge/no show $10 charge
